Important Office Hours Information for Hurricane Irma

Dear Friends,

With the increasing threat of Hurricane Irma impacting South Florida, I am writing to inform you of our office’s Hurricane Closure Policies.

In the event Miami-Dade and/or Monroe County areas are placed under a Hurricane Watch, our offices will remain open, but our focus will be on assisting our clients with preparing for the storm more so than general support. Our offices may also work on shortened hours to allow our employees to prepare their homes safely, and in daylight hours.

In the event Miami-Dade Public Schools close for the storm, our offices will close at the same time. This is for the safety of our staff and their families.  We will do our very best to continue to service your needs in a timely and safe fashion.  After the storm, it is our goal to return to business as soon as possible. We have the ability to work remotely from just about anywhere (thank you, cloud services).  Our phone lines, which are also in the cloud, should remain online where you can request service.

We hope and pray that this is just another rain storm for us, and look forward to continuing to provide you with exceptional service in the future.

Yours in weathering the storm,
